My Professional Journey

My name is Kimberly Dykes-James. But, I prefer Kim. I have been in the medical field for over 30+ years. I am a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant and have been for over 20 years. I recently became certified as an End of Life Doula (EOLD) in April of 2022, becoming certified in the field of Medical Aid-In-Dying in May of 2022, and completed my studies and graduated as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner in January 2023, with a focus on Spiritual Coaching, Life Coaching, and Intuitive Guide. I am a single mother. I chose this field after seeing all of the families struggling with feelings after losing their loved ones to COVID-19 while I was working in a Northwest Arkansas Hospital Emergency Room; not knowing what to do or where/or whom to turn to for help for their feelings. There is a special calling on my life and I must heed to it.
